Carry Emergency Confetti: Countering Despair with Gratitude, Celebration, And Joy
As attorneys, our job is to plan for the worst possible outcomes or stand with people on the worst days of their lives. Our ethical rules essentially require us to identify and focus on those things. But the rules also require us to be competent—and to be so, we must take care of ourselves and each other.
This presentation is about how gratitude, celebration, and joy can positively impact attorney wellness, and identifies ways to cultivate all three.
