Charlton Heston is synonymous with the Ten Commandments, the movie. If neither that movie, nor that actor mean anything to you, then you need to join this CLE by Matt Keenan. In that 50 minutes presentation, you will learn a little bit about the Cecil B. DeMille classic, and something about another Ten Commandments – the Ten Commandments of Civility.

Matt Keenan graduated KU Law 1984 Order of the Coif. He was the Articles Editor on the Law Review. After law school he clerked for 10th circuit appellate judge Jim Logan. Matt left Shook, Hardy & Bacon on December 31 as an equity partner after 37 years. In his time there he tried 14 jury trials in 6 states. He has written for the KC Star for 20 years and has a regular column in the KS Bar Journal. He has been the Executive Director of KLS since January 1, taking over for Marilyn Harp. Matt and his wife Lori have four grown children. Matt is a new member of the Topeka Bar Association.
