Ethically Negotiating End of Life and Estate Issues
This session will involve a simple exercise in which attendees negotiate, based on hypothetical facts, end of life issues between a senior parent, who has entered a nursing home and has diminishing capacity, and his children heirs. A review of the results on the exercise will also involve application of the ethical rules and issues raised by these sort of situations in the real world when attorneys are involved either professional or personally.
